SYNC PORT LTDA ("Sync Port"), registered under CNPJ No. 56.240.421/0001-44, headquartered in Curitiba/PR, Brazil, is committed to protecting the personal data of its clients, partners, and website visitors in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD: Law No. 13.709/2018).

We collect the following personal data when you interact with us:

• Full name, email, and contact details provided through forms
• Logistics operation details (origin, destination, cargo type)
• Browsing data (cookies, IP address, pages visited)
• Corporate data (company name, tax ID, business address)

• Preparing freight quotes and commercial proposals
• Executing or following up contracted logistics operations
• Communicating about shipment progress

Sync Port processes personal data under the following LGPD legal grounds: data subject consent, contract execution or preliminary procedures, legal or regulatory compliance, and legitimate interest of the controller.

Your data may be shared with shipping lines, overseas freight agents, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities, only as needed to fulfill contracted services and legal obligations. We never sell your personal data. Depending on your cookie choices, browsing data is also shared with Google, PostHog and LinkedIn for the purposes described in the cookies section. These providers may process data in other countries under their privacy policies. Form submissions are recorded in a private Cloudflare database for customer service and recovery if email delivery fails. The operational record is kept for 180 days. Resend processes email notifications when sending is enabled. Mailbox messages and documents for contracted services follow their own retention periods.

We use appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct incomplete or outdated information, request deletion of unnecessary data, obtain details about data sharing, revoke consent, and request data portability. To exercise your rights, contact us at comercial@syncport.com.br.

We use essential features for security, site functionality, language and recording your choices. Optional features stay disabled until you authorize them. Allowing Statistics enables Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, to measure pages, clicks and form steps. Statistics also enables PostHog, which measures the same steps and records on-page browsing with every form field masked. Custom events do not include the content you type. Allowing Advertising enables LinkedIn Insight Tag and applicable Google tag advertising permissions; the Google tag loads only if Statistics is also allowed. Change your decision through Cookie preferences in the footer. Your choice stays in this browser for up to 180 days unless local data is cleared. Revoking a category already loaded reloads the page: finish your form first. Third-party cookies can also be managed through browser and provider settings.

Sync Port publishes its own videos on its YouTube channel using YouTube API Services. By watching or interacting with our videos on YouTube, you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Our internal tool accesses only our own channel: it does not collect, store or share data of YouTube users.

Revocation and deletion: the authorization granted to our tool can be revoked at any time on the Google security permissions page. If you believe we hold any data linked to your YouTube account, write to comercial@syncport.com.br and we will delete it within 30 days.
